Course Description

The placement of dental implants is now in common use in a restorative/Prosthodontic practice. In many instances the replacement of questionable teeth with dental implants is the state of the art for many patients. The anterior zone of the oral cavity requires optimum diagnosing and treatment planning practically for patients with a high smile line. This presentation will present a concise review of the literature to show the evidence to support this topic. Specific emphasis will be to present cases which requireexacing tissue management and aesthetic modifications during healing through to the final prosthetic placement. The use of cemented versus screw-retained prosthetics case will also be presented.
