Course summary:

Immediate implant placement and provisionalization in the anterior zone is performed to deliver expedited treatment to the patient and to optimize aesthetic outcomes. This procedure requires high levels of skill, treatment planning, and case selection to ensure optimum treatment outcomes.

Dr. David Chvartszaid is a specialist in both Prosthodontics and Periodontics. He completed two years of hospital residencies in New York City and undertook dual specialty training at the University of Toronto. Dr. Chvartszaid is an assistant professor at the University of Toronto and the director of the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the University of Toronto. He is on the editorial board of the Ontario Dentist Journal and a reviewer for several international specialty journals. Dr. Chvartszaid’s private referral practice successfully merges prosthodontic, implant surgical, and periodontal approaches to address patients’ needs.
